Day Three

The last day of our travel. All good things must come to an end. Before we left, we went to Mini Malaysia to view houses of the 13 states of Malaysia. We were also entertained by the Mini Malaysia artistes. The best part? Our children took part in the performance! Yes! We were invited to go on stage to dance along.

After Mini Malaysia, we went to a nearby Bee Farm. We learnt about bees and hornets. We also managed to touch the herbal bee - a non-venomous bee reared for its honey which is rich in medicinal properties.

We departed Malacca with a heavy heart, though we yearned for home.

We reached Griffiths Primary School at around 7.30pm.

A video montage of our trip will be uploaded soon. Thank you teachers, AB Edu Tour and our Malaysian guides for a most enriching experience!

Day Two

ello.. it took some time for the children to sleep. Who could blame them? Too excited! Hahahaha.

The girls spent the night at the museum last night. Fun! Cold! Scary! Those were in their own words.

Today, they played treasure hunt at St Paul's Hill. Before that, it was a long, tiring and informative walk down Harmony Street.

They say a picture tells a thousand words. The pictures will now do the talking.

Day One

We left school at 7.00am this morning. Took some pictures for the album. Huh? What album? Hahahaha.

Had a smooth ride to the causeway. Griffithsians with Mr Zaidy and Miss Nancy were excited. They just could not stop talking! Mr Farehan and Miss Sofia said the same thing about their bunch of Griffithsians.

Breakfast at Danga Bay was scrumptious! Yummy!

We reached Malacca at 1.30pm. This is a very clean state! Everything looks nice.

Went on a heritage trail. It drizzled. Thank goodness the children brought their umbrellas and/or raincoats.

Lunch and dinner were equally scrumptious. As this travelogue is updated, the boys have just finished watching Manchester United trashed Fulham 3-0. The girls are spending the night at the ship museum. Tomorrow is the boys' turn to go. I wonder what it will be like ...

Here are some snapshots of Day One. More pictures will be uploaded soon.
